Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS dikelas III SDN 2 Songan. Rendahnya hasil belajar ini di sebabkan penggunaan model pembelajaran yang kurang tepat. Untuk itu diperlukan pembaharuan dalam pembelajaran dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Kooperatife tipe Inside Outside Circle dalam pembelajaran IPS dikelas III SDN 2 Songan
Berdasarkan latar belakang diatas maka dalam penelitian ini masalah yang dibahas adalah ”Apakah penggunaan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Inside Outside Circle dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS pada siswa kelas III semester I SDN 2 Songan?. Dari rumusan masalah tersebut maka penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas III SDN 2 Songan.
Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas III SDN 2 Songan pada semester I Tahun pembelajaran 2024/2025 yang berjumlah 20 orang yang terdiri dari 8 siswa laki-laki dan 12 siswa perempuan.Metode pengumpulan datanya dengan metode tes yang berupa tes yang berupa tes pilihan ganda.
Hasil Penelitian menunjukan: (1) Pada siklus pertama , rata-rata nilai tes hasil belajar siswa adalah 69,85 dengan kategori sedang dan daya serap siswa 70%. Terdapat 7 siswa atau 35% siswa yang belum memenuhi KKM yang telah ditentukan dikelas III SDN 2 Songan yakni > 73, jadi terdapat 7 orang siswa yang belum tuntas. Pada siklus pertama dan kedua rata-rata hasil sudah meningkat namun ketuntasan klasikal siswa belum terpenuhi,Rata-rata nilai belajar siswa pada siklus II adalah 78,30 dengan kategori Tinggi dan daya serap siswa 78% terdapat 3 orang siswa atau 15% siswa yang belum memenuhi KKM yang telah ditentukan. Pada siklus III terjadi peningkatan rata-rata nilai siswa. Rata-rata nilai tes hasil belajar pada siklus III adalah 91,75 meningkat sebesar 18,60 dibandingkan pada siklus II, pada siklus III siswa dapat memenuhi KKM sebanyak 20 0rang atau 100%. Dengan demikian, rata-rata hasil belajar dan ketuntasan klasikal telah terpenuhi. Siswa kelas III SDN 2 Songan Semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2024/2025.

This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in social studies subjects in class III at SDN 2 Songan. This low learning outcome is caused by the use of inappropriate learning models. For this reason, there is a need for innovation in learning by applying the Inside Outside Circle type cooperative learning model in social studies learning in class III at SDN 2 Songan
Based on the background above, in this research the problem discussed in “Can the use of the Inside Outside Circle Type Cooperative Learning Model improve social studies learning outcomes for class III, second semester students at SDN 2 Songan ?”. from this problem formulation, this research aims to improve the social studies learning outcomes of class III students at SDN 2 Songan.
The subjects of this research were 20 students in class III of SDN 2 Songan in the second semester of the 2024/2025 academic year, consisting of 8 male students and 12 female students. The data collection method was a test method in the form of a multiple choice test.
The research results show: (1) In the first cycle, the average student learning achievement test score was 69.85 in the medium category and student absorption was 70%. There are 7 students or 35% of students who have not met the KKM that has been determined for class III at SDN 2 Songan, namely > 73, so there are 7 students who have not completed it. In the first and second cycles the average results have increased but the students' classical completeness has not been met. The average student learning score in the second cycle is 78.30 in the High category and the student absorption capacity is 78%, there are 3 students or 15% of students who have not meet the specified KKM. In cycle III there was an increase in the average student score. The average learning outcomes test score in cycle III was 91.75, an increase of 18.60 compared to cycle II, in cycle III students were able to fulfill the KKM by 20 people or 100%. Thus, the average learning outcomes and classical completion have been met. Class III students of SDN 2 Songan Semester I 2024/2025 academic year.
